Built for this kind of work.
Record caregiving work hours while keeping clinical and personal information out of the time log. This caregiver timesheet includes an assignment code and work category so visits, companion support and other agreed duties can be reviewed without naming the care recipient. Use a separate row for each visit or work interval, particularly when assignments change during the day. Record travel and overnight work clearly when they need separate consideration. The template is not a care plan, medication record or clinical note, and it does not determine which hours are payable. Review the completed record through the process used by your employer, agency or client.

These are recordkeeping tools, not payroll or legal advice. Confirm your own break, overtime, approval and billing rules. Do not include patient details, children's personal information or other sensitive information in general work notes.
Using it in Google Sheets
Download the Excel file, upload it to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets. Check the imported formulas and time formats with a sample entry before relying on totals. For shared teams, set access deliberately and keep a clean master copy.
