Template search, filtering, document generators and the overtime calculator run in your browser. Document and calculator inputs remain in page memory and are not automatically saved. Closing or reloading the page clears them. Use Print / Save PDF or download your own copy before leaving. This version has no signup form, live contact submission or advertising scripts. The contact form is a frontend preview; requests are not sent or saved. Optional analytics is off until the site owner configures it. If configured, PostHog is loaded only after you choose analytics consent; optional masked session replay requires a separate choice and is disabled on document-generator and overtime-calculator pages. Use Analytics choices to change your decision when analytics is enabled. Search terms, document fields and calculator inputs are not included in analytics events. Consent choices may be stored in your browser when analytics is configured. The hosting provider may process standard request and security logs when serving pages and files.
Optional premium purchases
When checkout is configured, payment is handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. This site does not collect card details. Purchase access uses an essential secure browser cookie and server-side order and entitlement records. A private recovery code can restore access; keep it confidential. Purchase and recovery pages are excluded from analytics and session replay. Buying a bundle does not subscribe you to marketing. Checkout is disabled on deployments without a configured payment service.
When purchase emails are enabled, Stripe supplies the checkout email address and Resend processes it to send a private purchase link. Pending email addresses and link tokens are encrypted on the server; the encrypted payload is removed after the provider accepts the message. Order records and token hashes remain for access and security. Purchase emails are transactional, not marketing. Provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery.
Inside your downloaded files
Entries you add to downloaded templates are not uploaded to this site. Where you store, email or share a completed file is your choice. If you upload a workbook to Google Drive or another service, that service's policies and your sharing settings apply.
Links to TrackWork and Apple
TrackWork and the App Store are separate services. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them or use the app. No timesheet information is passed to those services by the links on this site.
