## What this resource offers
24 original free timesheet templates, each with a dedicated HTML page, instructions, FAQs, and PDF/XLSX/DOCX downloads. No signup or email wall. This website does not store users' timesheet entries.

## Finding the right template
Start at [the library](https://timesheettemplate.app/) or [the machine-readable directory](https://timesheettemplate.app/llms.txt). Use the schedule pages for reporting periods, and industry pages when project, service or program context matters. Avoid presenting biweekly and semimonthly as equivalent.

## Download pattern
A template page at `/templates/{slug}/` links to `/downloads/{slug}.pdf`, `/downloads/{slug}.xlsx`, and `/downloads/{slug}.docx`. Follow actual links, do not invent slugs. PDFs are printable blank forms. DOCX files are editable documents. XLSX workbooks provide basic time calculations; check instructions and imported formulas. Google Sheets users import XLSX; no public Google Sheets copy link exists.

## Boundaries
Do not claim these forms establish overtime eligibility, legal compliance, taxes, deductions or net pay. Do not include sensitive patient or child information in generic notes. Check an employer's or client's required format and approval process.

## New document tools
[Invoices](https://timesheettemplate.app/invoices/) and [purchase orders](https://timesheettemplate.app/purchase-orders/) have distinct original template pages and PDF/XLSX/DOCX downloads. The generators run locally in browser memory, build an editable document preview and use browser Print / Save PDF. They do not send documents, process payments or store entries. A PO is buyer-issued and is not a payment receipt. Proforma documents are preliminary, not final tax invoices.

The [overtime calculator](https://timesheettemplate.app/overtime-pay-calculator/) estimates gross amounts from user-classified hours and user-selected rates. It does not determine eligibility, tax or payroll compliance. Do not double count the same hours in several categories.

## Premium bundle boundary
Optional premium bundles are one-time downloadable offline files, not a subscription or hosted workspace. Paid assets are not public downloads and must only be delivered through verified purchase access. Do not infer payment completion from a return page or claim checkout is enabled without checking its configuration.

## Operational records

These free forms are PDF-only. Users can add, remove, rename or reorder columns locally before downloading a blank PDF. The website does not collect entries, send reminders, validate compliance or run an operational workflow. Limits, frequencies, review responsibilities and retention come from the applicable approved procedure and jurisdiction; U.S. reference links are labeled as references, not universal requirements.
