Convert reviewed work hours into a clear itemized bill. This hourly invoice pairs each activity with a work date or period, then uses approved hours as the quantity and the agreed hourly price as the rate. Keep the supporting timesheet nearby so the billed hours can be checked against the original record. Use decimal hours consistently: for example, one hour and thirty minutes is one and a half hours, not one point thirty. Confirm any rounding, minimum booking or different-rate arrangements before applying them. This template does not decide billability or payment entitlement; it presents the hours and prices you have reviewed.
