Bill cleaning work by visit, service or approved hours with a record the customer can recognize. This cleaning invoice includes a property or job code and service date, helping separate recurring visits from a deep clean or move-out service. Describe supplies or additional work separately when the agreement allows them to be charged. If the job was sold for a flat fee, use that basis instead of converting the visit into hourly billing after the fact. Avoid adding home access details or private household information. Review the completed invoice against the visits actually performed and the price agreed with the customer.
